COMMON
QUESTIONS

  • Do I need any experience to start?

None at all. Every class is designed to welcome complete beginners. You will never be thrown in the deep end.

  • What should I wear to my first class?

Comfortable workout clothes and bare feet. No special equipment needed for your first session — just show up.

  • Why are classes fortnightly?

Eric works FIFO, so classes run every second week — on both Wednesdays and Saturdays. This actually suits a lot of families and adults who struggle to commit to weekly training — you get quality instruction without the pressure.

  • Is it safe for young children?

Yes. Kids classes are non-contact at the beginner level and focus on technique, coordination, and fun. Children are welcome from age 4 provided they can follow instruction.

  • Is there sparring?

We're not a fight gym. Sparring is not part of the standard class program. The focus is on pad work, technique, and practical skills.
